ABOUT US:

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Vice President of Personalization & Engagement Campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lead strategic efforts to deliver highly personalized experiences for employees and employers through our benefits platform. Define and execute data-driven campaign strategies leveraging personalization, AI, and behavioral insights to ensure every interaction is tailored to individual needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):

Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and own personalization and campaign strategy for the benefits platform.

  • Build and lead a team focused on personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.

  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to embed personalization into platform experience.

Campaign Design & Execution:

  • Create personalized campaigns to close gaps in care, drive behavior change, and provide educational awareness.

  • Drive dynamic content strategies and real-time personalization using behavioral, demographic, and predictive data.

Data & Technology:

  • Oversee use of advanced analytics, AI/ML models, and personalization engines.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards while maximizing personalization capabilities.

Performance & Optimization:

  • Define KPIs for personalization and campaign initiatives (e.g., engagement, benefit adoption, retention).

  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to refine campaign tactics.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience):

  • 10+ years in leadership roles focused on campaign strategy, personalization, or lifecycle engagement.

  • Proven experience with personalization platforms and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong understanding of data-driven campaign design, AI/ML applications, and customer segmentation.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience):

  • Experience in HR tech, benefits platforms, or SaaS businesses.

  • Familiarity with CDPs, real-time decisioning engines, and advanced analytics tools.

  • Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable campaign strategies.

Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $170,000-$190,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
