We provide all-in-one management software for commercial specialty contractors. Our platform helps commercial trade businesses manage service and projects with integrated tools for invoicing, billing, scheduling, estimates, proposals, and payments. It also includes custom forms, financial reporting, and features like “Mission Control” for overall operations, dashboards for tracking timelines and margins, and “OPSAI” for quoting, dispatch, and insights.

We serve industries like HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire and Life Safety. BuildOps was founded in 2018, is privately held, and veteran-owned. We are backed by institutional firms including Meritech Capital, Founders Fund, 01A, and Next47.

Our mission is to build the system that helps commercial contractors succeed in the trades. We envision a world where essential trade businesses have technology as robust as their work.

We have between 201-500 employees. Our culture is team-oriented, where colleagues support each other and take pride in their work. We have three main hubs in Los Angeles, California (headquarters), Toronto, Canada, and Raleigh, North Carolina. Employees can work in a hybrid capacity across these locations.
