Regional Service Specialist for Bulk Handling Systems – Remote with Travel to California and other regional clients

What You’ll Do
- Act as the go-to expert for pre- and post-sales support across all product lines and systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships within your territory, with a primary focus on California.
- Provide on-site service education, preventive maintenance recommendations, and parts solutions.
- Collaborate with R\&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to improve product performance.
- Document all customer interactions in CRM and ERP systems.
- Drive sales for BHS parts and services through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Nihot, BHS, NRT, ZWE, and Controls.
What We’re Looking For
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR 5+ years in outside sales/service in manufacturing.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively—up to 80%, primarily to California clients.
Proven track record in managing and growing customer relationships.
$80,000 to $85,000 annual salary DOE and Location
1% Commission on the Increase of Service & Parts Sales Revenue from 2025 to 2026
