Bellows Systems, Inc.

Founded in 1980, we design and manufacture metal bellows, expansion joints, exhaust systems, and other related products. In 2019, we moved our operations to Houston, Texas, from Odessa, Texas, and Ventura, California.

We offer hydroformed metal bellows, metal expansion joints, exhaust systems, and exhaust manifolds. We specialize in multi-ply, long-life bellows and provide engineering support for expansion joint and metal bellows projects. We also build integrated systems and assemblies.

Our products are used in various industries, including Oil and Gas Transmission, Petrochemical plants and Refineries, Power Generation, Automotive, and Aerospace and Defense. For example, our products are found in exhaust systems for compressor engines, tubular components for missile systems, and parts for power plants, boilers, and diesel generators.

Our roots go back to 1894 through companies like Woolley Tool and Manufacturing, Circle Bellows and Welding Company, and Kopperman Industries. AKAMAN LLC acquired us in 2017.
