We are the parent company behind Bumble Date, BFF, and Badoo. Whitney Wolfe Herd founded us in 2014. We create platforms to help people build healthy and equitable relationships.

Bumble Date is a dating app where women make the first move. BFF helps people find new friends nearby based on shared interests. Badoo, founded in 2006, is a web and mobile dating product that helps millions of members in 190 countries connect through authentic self-expression.

Our engineering teams build end-to-end features for large mobile applications, monetization infrastructure, and manage production environments. We use iOS, Android, backend systems (preferably GCP-native, also AWS-native), Kafka, Redis, and Kubernetes. We also have a global privacy program that covers frameworks like GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA. We use AI-assisted development tools in various engineering roles.

We offer hybrid onsite work in Austin, and flexible remote or in-office options for roles based in London. We support employee well-being with a company-wide week off for rest and “Focus Fridays” for uninterrupted deep work. We use AI tools to help with hiring, but all final decisions are made by humans.
