Senior Recruiter (6-Month Contract)

Location: Hybrid in-office 3x week in Austin, TX

Contract Length: 6 Months

About the Role

The next six months represent a critical phase in our growth journey. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and help drive hiring outcomes during a period of significant business momentum.

This is not a role for someone who simply follows a process. Success in this environment requires strong judgement, ownership, adaptability, and the ability to deliver results at pace.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent while helping raise the bar across our recruiting function.

This is a six-month contract role with the potential to extend based on business needs and performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment across a range of functions and levels.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and deliver against ambitious hiring goals.

  • Proactively source and engage high-quality talent in competitive markets.

  • Drive efficient, high-quality hiring processes from intake through offer acceptance.

  • Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a high standard of candidate experience.

  • Use data, insights, and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.

  • Navigate changing priorities and evolving business needs while maintaining delivery.

  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement across recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working.

Experience

  • 5+ years experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to solve complex hiring challenges.

  • Track record of delivering hiring outcomes in environments with changing priorities and evolving business needs.

  • Experience recruiting for technology, product, commercial, or corporate functions is advantageous.
