We founded CallRail in 2011 as a software development company offering a lead intelligence platform. This platform helps businesses track leads from their marketing efforts, capture and manage communications like calls, texts, chats, and forms, and use real-time data to optimize marketing.

We serve over 200,000 companies globally in industries like healthcare, legal, financial services, and real estate. Our product offerings include a Conversation Intelligence suite, which provides AI-powered analytics such as call transcripts, summaries, and sentiment analysis. We also feature the Voice Assist product suite, which includes automated agents and AI transcription.

Our team includes between 201 and 500 individuals. Our work environment emphasizes a data-driven approach, customer empathy, and cross-functional collaboration, supported by strong communication and feedback. Teams operate in a collaborative, fast-paced setting, using Agile workflows.
