Salary: CoE: 6000 - 7500 PLN gross
This position requires onsite availability in our Wrocław office.

As a Office Coordinator you will:
Maintain smooth office operations
Manage guest reception and ensure a professional environment
Handle office purchasing and supply requests across departments
Manage daily correspondence and courier services
Oversee office access control and credential management
Track and verify office equipment status
Build and manage vendor relations
Support HR onboarding and offboarding processes
Coordinate internal meetings, workshops, and off-site events (including catering, bookings, and travel)
Support vendor invoice processing and accurate cost allocation
Requirements
You are the right candidate if you have:
Proactive and service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating a great workplace experience.
Commitment to tasks, punctuality, and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Excellent command of Polish
Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
