Product Implementation Specialist (Remote – Global)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Implementation Specialist to help new clients go live smoothly on Aktos. You’ll bridge the gap between customers, product, and engineering — diagnosing onboarding blockers, cleaning or importing data, and ensuring a successful setup experience.
You’ll need to understand the product well enough to diagnose issues or configuration gaps. You must be highly organized, technically curious, and comfortable digging into data or product workflows to find answers. You don’t have to code, but you should be able to use SQL, Excel, and other tools to troubleshoot issues independently.
What You’ll Do
Own customer onboardings from kickoff to go-live — track timelines, coordinate across teams, and proactively prevent delays
Diagnose onboarding blockers (data mismatches, product config issues, missing integrations, etc.) which requires deep understanding of a complex SaaS product
Perform light technical support work — data imports, SQL lookups, testing configurations, API checks
Collaborate with product & engineering — surface recurring issues, document feedback, and propose product improvements
Standardize onboarding processes and maintain internal documentation
Communicate clearly with clients — guide them through setup and resolve issues efficiently
What You’ll Need
1–3 years experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
Basic knowledge of SQL or strong willingness to learn
Strong written and spoken English communication
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfort working across time zones in a fast-paced startup
Bonus: experience with customer data migrations, APIs, or workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Postman)
Compensation
Competitive salary based on experience and region: $30K-$50K USD / Year
