Founded in 2006, we are an international nuclear services company with 1,001-5,000 employees. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Charlotte, North Carolina, we operate from 22 locations in the United States, 3 in Canada, and a location each in Asia and Europe.

We specialize in nuclear waste treatment, processing, decommissioning, remediation, nuclear fuel management, engineering, nuclear technology, transportation and logistics, nuclear disposal, construction, and maintenance. Our services include Decommissioning & Decontamination (D&D) of nuclear power plants. This covers initial transition and site activities, Post-Shutdown Decommissioning Activities Reports (PSDAR), major D&D work (like reactor vessel segmentation and large component removal), and license termination. We have over two decades of experience in nuclear decommissioning. Our ongoing projects include Fort Calhoun, SONGS, Kewaunee, TMI-2, and NS Savannah. We have completed projects at La Crosse, SEFOR, and Zion.

We also offer Waste Management services for characterizing, packaging, transporting, and disposing of nuclear material, as well as Federal Services that provide integrated waste management solutions. Our Nuclear Services (ESNS) team expands these solutions across the entire nuclear lifecycle. We own extensive assets: trucks, railcars, cargo containers, various NRC/DOT licensed transport casks (Type A, IP-II, Type B, Spent Nuclear Fuel Cask Designs), and disposal facilities like the Clive Disposal Facility in Utah.

Beyond nuclear services, we also provide performance-based solutions to help clients save energy, reduce carbon, and conserve water. This includes supporting software systems for distributing clean energy technology incentives, designing and implementing enterprise AI programs, administering solar programs (like Illinois Shines), leading engineering for energy efficiency initiatives, and developing data platforms for utilities and government clients across North America.

Our customer base includes the U.S. and Canadian governments, commercial nuclear power generators, research facilities, national laboratories, and medical institutions worldwide.
