Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager with a passion for residential and multi-story construction? Join Canam as a Project Manager within our residential and multi-residential division, where you will have the opportunity to lead diverse projects from A to Z across North America. Your skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving will be key in this role, as you will be responsible for orchestrating all business relationships with customers, engineers, architects, drafters, production, procurement, subcontractors, and the construction site.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Civil Engineering Technology Diploma, Project Management Certificate, or equivalent credentials from a college or technical school
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relative progressive experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, with a significant field operations focus
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently (expected 50–75%) Canada
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, scheduling, communication and leadership
