Where and how you can work
This role is based in Berlin, home to Canva’s growing presence in Germany and a key hub for our EMEA business.
We’re hybrid — giving you the flexibility to do your best work, with time in the office to collaborate, connect and build together.
What you’d be doing in this role
- As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll help some of the most recognisable organisations in Germany and across EMEA rethink how they create, collaborate and scale content.
- You’ll partner with Strategic and Enterprise Sales to win complex deals, design creative workflows, and deliver demos that genuinely wow.
- This is a role for someone who loves storytelling, problem solving and bringing ideas to life.
What you’ll focus on
Win big deals
- Partner with Sales to shape solutions that land and expand across enterprise accounts
- Lead discovery and turn complex challenges into scalable workflows
- Support strategic opportunities across Germany and EMEA
Tell better stories
- Turn complex workflows into simple, visual narratives
- Deliver demos that engage senior stakeholders and drive action
Be the expert
- Help customers move from tools like Adobe, Google or PowerPoint into Canva
- Advise on brand governance, creative production and collaboration at scale
Scale your impact
- Build playbooks, training and reusable content
- Partner across Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver real outcomes
You’re probably a match if
- You’ve worked in pre-sales, consulting, or creative workflows
- You love solving problems and building elegant solutions
- You’re confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- You thrive in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments
- You care about great design and helping teams do their best work
Technical expertise
Must have:
- Strong experience with tools like Adobe, Canva or Figma
- Proven ability to partner with Sales and influence deals
- Ability to position solutions at enterprise scale
- Fluency in German and English
Nice to have:
- Experience with enterprise marketing or brand teams
- Familiarity with SSO, APIs or integrations
