Project Manager – Wealth & Asset Management
Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 4 days per week onsite) | Practice Area: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Permanent
Help deliver complex change programs that support the future of wealth and asset management.
The Role
As a Project Manager within Capco’s Wealth & Asset Management practice, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact initiatives for leading financial services clients. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programs, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Manage end-to-end project plans, including scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
Lead and support delivery teams, ensuring clear roles, priorities, and progress tracking
Own vendor management activities, including coordination, delivery oversight, and issue resolution
Engage and manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparent communication
Develop high-quality materials and decks to support executive-level decision making
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience delivering projects within wealth or asset management environments
Strong capability in project governance, risk management, and issue resolution
Experience working with third-party vendors and internal delivery teams
Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and executives
Ability to translate complex information into clear, decision-ready materials
Bonus Points For
Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery roles
Familiarity with regulatory or operational change initiatives
Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Advanced presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
