The Support & Knowledge Transfer Specialist provides operational system support, develops high-quality documentation, and delivers knowledge transfer activities to ensure system sustainability, user capability uplift, and continuity of service.
This is a 12 month contract role.
What you’ll do:
- Provide day-to-day support for users, including troubleshooting issues and managing support requests
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams where required
- Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and instructional content (written and video)
- Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer activities to internal staff and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation within designated document management systems
- Support onboarding of new users through structured training and support materials
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge management practices
- Ensure knowledge is effectively captured and shared to reduce key-person dependency
What you’ll bring:
- Experience providing application or system support within enterprise environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Proven experience developing training materials and delivering knowledge transfer
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
- Experience with document or records management systems (desirable)
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
