We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and oversee testing activities across complex systems and projects within a high-security environment. In this role, you will drive the testing strategy and ensure quality outcomes across all stages of delivery, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating testing practices, ensuring the integrity of results, and supporting the successful delivery of systems that meet strict operational and security requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate testing activities across all stages of delivery
- Manage testing resources, tools, and methodologies to ensure effective outcomes
- Design and oversee test cases, scripts, and execution aligned to acceptance criteria
- Provide clear reporting on test results, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Ensure integrity, accuracy, and traceability of testing outcomes
- Identify and implement improvements to testing processes, standards, and practices
- Analyse complex testing issues and recommend practical solutions
- Maintain and apply change control and change management processes
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the testing lifecycle
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing testing practices across complex ICT or system environments
- Strong expertise in testing tools, methodologies, and frameworks
- Ability to design, execute, and oversee detailed test strategies and plans
- Experience analysing and resolving complex testing issues
- Strong understanding of governance, standards, and change management processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly
- Experience working in secure or highly regulated environments
- Current TSPV security clearance (mandatory at time of application)
- Australian citizenship and ability to meet organisational suitability requirements
