We founded Cerbo in 2010, developing a HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Thousands of practitioners in functional and integrative medicine, direct primary care, IV & BHRT, Med Spa & Aesthetics, and cash-based practices use our solutions. The name “Cerbo” means “brain” in Esperanto, symbolizing the EHR’s role as a central hub for organizing, processing, and storing clinic data.

Our features include functional charting and a configurable patient portal. This portal lets patients complete custom questionnaire forms, schedule appointments online, and send secure two-way messages. We provide inventory management, integrating with online storefronts like Fullscript, and connect with over 60 lab partners to share lab results. Our system also has a simplified billing system for subscriptions, recurring payments, and online invoicing through the Patient Portal. We also offer ePrescribe functionality, fax line capabilities, and telemedicine features.

Practices using Cerbo have reported reducing patient administrative time by 50%, prescription and supplement ordering time by 45%, and patient inquiries by 75%.
