Founded in 2010, we provide IT and cybersecurity solutions. We help businesses, nonprofits, and K-12 schools (including charter schools) build secure, efficient, and scalable technology environments. Our services minimize disruptions, prevent cyber threats, streamline systems, and optimize costs.

We offer services such as Managed Services, Security Services, Networking & Connectivity, Lifecycle Management, Cloud & Productivity Solutions, Design Projects (for new construction, facilities expansion, and AV), IT Strategy, Governance & Consulting, and E-Rate Support. We specialize in supporting charter schools and the broader K-12 community.

We manage over 69,000 IT assets and support more than 8,300 end users. We report an average service ticket response time of under 15 minutes and a 75% IT issue reduction within three months of service.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective technology solutions that empower schools, nonprofits, and other mission-driven organizations to achieve their goals. We originally named ourselves Charter Technology Solutions after our foundational work with a Brooklyn charter school in 2012.
