We manage building maintenance for commercial properties across the U.S. and Canada. We specialize in janitorial services but also offer roof-to-curb maintenance, including janitorial supplies, green cleaning, flooring care, parking lot maintenance, handyman services, and window washing.
We work as an extension of our clients’ management teams. We provide one point of contact for over 20 facility solutions, making property operations simpler and ensuring commercial spaces are clean, safe, and efficient. We have supported businesses with facility solutions for over 50 years. Our Tampa Bay location opened in 2010.
