We are a real estate firm founded in 1960. We invest in, develop, and manage real estate. Our services include real estate acquisition, commercial office leasing, and property management.

Since then, we and our affiliates have owned, leased, or managed over 75 million square feet of commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily real estate properties, including over 45,000 residential units. The assets we’ve owned and operated since 1960 exceed $20 billion in value. Our portfolio spans the United States and internationally. We aim to enhance urban areas with our properties.
