Join our dynamic Finance team as an Accounts Payable Manager! We’re looking for a detail-focused, service-oriented professional with solid experience to drive the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our Group’s accounts payable operations. This pivotal leadership role oversees the full spectrum of payables processes, ensuring compliance, boosting efficiency, and fostering continuous improvement across multiple entities and currencies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance expert who excels in a collaborative setting and is passionate about developing strong, transparent, and well-controlled financial operations.
Take the helm of our Accounts Payable function and drive financial excellence from start to finish — managing everything from invoice processing and vendor reconciliations to cash flow reporting and ensuring full compliance.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leadership & Oversight: Take full ownership of AP operations, guarantee timely and accurate supplier payments, and inspire a high-performing team to reach new heights.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Provide prompt and precise vendor, bank, and ledger reconciliations, delivering insightful management reports that empower decision-making.
- Controls & Compliance: Maintain unwavering adherence to accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit preparedness to safeguard our financial integrity.
- Process Innovation: Lead the charge on automating workflows, boosting efficiency, and driving the successful implementation of NetSuite P2P.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong vendor relationships and collaborate seamlessly with procurement, treasury, and business teams to streamline operations.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (leading teams and managing AP) in similar role
Strong attention to detail with a high level of ownership and accountability
Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
Strong understanding of accounts payable, cash management, and internal controls
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
