As a Product Marketing Manager at Civica, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our products are positioned and promoted across the diverse markets we serve. You’ll help develop compelling Customer Value Propositions (CVPs), support go-to-market strategies and contribute to driving commercial success.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams—as well as customers—to gather insights and translate them into impactful messaging and campaigns. Your work will help ensure our products are clearly understood, competitively positioned, and aligned to market needs.
What you will be doing
- Market & Customer Insight - Help gather and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity across Civica’s sectors. Use these insights to support product positioning and solution design.
- Customer Value Proposition (CVP) Development - Assist in developing clear and compelling CVPs that highlight the value of Civica’s products. Work with product and customer success teams to ensure messaging is aligned and impactful.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Support - Contribute to go-to-market plans, supporting the creation of campaigns, solution briefs, and content that generate interest and drive leads. Help coordinate product launches to ensure smooth delivery.
- Sales Enablement - in collaboration various teams, you will support with the development of sales materials such as product guides, pitch decks, brochures and battle cards. Assist with training sessions to help sales teams communicate product value effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Build strong working relationships with colleagues across product, sales, marketing, and customer success. Represent product marketing in cross-functional discussions and contribute to shared goals.
- Solution Design Support - Work with sales teams to support solution design for key customer opportunities, ensuring CVPs are tailored to multi-product deals.
What you will need to be successful in this role
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and senior leaders to support and execute product marketing strategies.
- Ability to interpret market and customer data to guide product positioning and inform marketing decisions; comfortable using data tools and reporting metrics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-paced environment, coordinating across teams and meeting deadlines.
- Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in B2B tech or SaaS product marketing, with a focus on customer-centric messaging and solution design.
