We founded CloudTalk in 2016 to provide AI-powered business calling software. We help over 5,000 businesses connect with customers in more than 160 countries.

Our software is designed for sales, support, operations, and hiring teams. It includes features like AI voice agents, an AI dialer, smart routing, and integrations with over 100 business tools, including CRMs and helpdesks.

We offer reliable telephony infrastructure with 99.999% uptime and multi-region backup. Our productivity tools enable smarter outbound calling and responsive inbound support, alongside integrated messaging via SMS and WhatsApp.

For coaching, we provide live call monitoring, whispering, barging, and post-call reporting with customizable dashboards. Our AI Conversation Intelligence delivers call summaries, transcripts, sentiment analysis, and topic identification.

We have secured $36M in venture funding and operate in the software development industry.
