πŸ’» Working Hours: 8:30 PM CET - 9:00 AM CET / 3:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Manila Time)

Working time is divided unequally into short and long weeks as follows:

  • Long weeks: Mon, Tu, Fri, Sat, Sun
  • Short weeks: Wed & Thu (5 days off)

In a month, you will have 2 long and 2 short weeks.

What you will do:

  • KYC/KYB verification and security clearance of the new customers
  • Professional technical support for existing or new customers. You’ll learn new information and skills every day.
  • Developing and strengthening great relationships with customers.
  • Communicating with various types of companies, people and cultures (we have customers from all over the world).
  • Taking part in creating technical documentation, knowledge base and troubleshooting documentation for internal and external purposes.
  • Contributing to continuous growth of our amazing team.

You will be a great fit if…

  • You are happy to cover the rotational work shift as described above
  • You are fluent in English
  • You have experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, anti-fraud, documents/accounts verification, registrations or any other relevant field
  • You are a team player, willing to jump in to help your colleagues
  • You have a learning mindset, eager to study and learn more about our technology and product
  • You are a self-starter and can take ownership of your own work
  • You have great communication skills
