Exciting news! With CloudTalk’s successful completion of a €28m Series B investment round, our Finance team is expanding and looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist!

What You will Work On:
- Support day-to-day Accounts Receivable and collection activities under the guidance of senior finance team members
- Assist in resolving customer issues, execute refunds to customers based on approved requests and communicate with customers regarding issued invoices and overdue payments, including sending reminders and following up on outstanding balances
- Support collection activities by monitoring overdue invoices and escalating cases when needed
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of basic reports (e.g. collection report, CF report or aging report)
- Assist with reconciliations of accounts receivable records with external accounting partners
- Support month-end close activities, including preparation of reconciliations and supporting documentation
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales) and external partners (accountants, advisors or external collector) to ensure smooth daily operations
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and repetitive operational tasks
- Ability to follow existing processes and suggest improvements when appropriate
- Fluent English
- Native or fluent Slovak or Czech
