The Challenge Ahead
Weโre looking for an ambitious and skilled Expansion Account Executive to focus on upselling AI solutions to our growing base of customers. Your job is to deepen relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and drive adoption of our most strategic products - especially in the AI space.
What You Will Work On
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing CloudTalk customers, primarily in mid-market and growth-stage segments.
- Drive expansion opportunities by identifying business needs and positioning CloudTalk AI solutions (AI Voice Agent, AI receptionist, AI Dialer, Conversation Intelligence)
- Partner closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless adoption and long-term value realization.
- Run the full sales cycle from discovery to close - qualifying needs, managing stakeholders, delivering demos, and negotiating contracts.
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance in Salesforce.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, educating customers on market trends and the value of AI-powered calling

What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 2+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager, in SaaS or B2B tech
- Experience with AI, voice tech, or contact center solutions is a plus
- Solid discovery and consultative selling skills โ you’re not just pitching, you’re solving
- Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and align value to business goals
- Self-starter attitude with a bias toward action and results
- Business fluency in English and Spanish
