We started as Chadwick Martin Bailey in 1984, founded by Anne Bailey Berman and John Martin. We are a custom market research and strategy firm that helps brands make important decisions based on data.

We specialize in market research and consulting, customer loyalty, product and service development, qualitative research, brand health, customer journey, path-to-purchase research, brand tracking, brand development and positioning, NPS, and segmentation.
