Your Role as Sales - Baker
This role is our special blend! Our Sales team spend their days building beautiful product displays and providing the best in-bakery experience to our customers. In this new hybrid role, you will also learn key concepts of scratch baking and spend a portion of your time filling the shelves with hand crafted products. You’ll feel great knowing that all left overs go to charities that support our community’s needs. Right now, we are looking for teammates to share our love of all things fresh and passion for a great workplace!
What Your Day Looks Like:
- Work as part of a small team getting to know our regular, loyal customers and selling quality products you can feel great about
- Learn scratch baking techniques, spinning and shaping dough, and baking your creations
- Learn about our customer experience, sales and merchandising techniques in our combined hands-on and online training
- Work alongside your team to keep the bakery organized, clean, and contribute to a great customer experience
- Spend your working time in a supportive teamwork environment

Relevant retail or kitchen experience are desirable, but not a requirement. We provide training to anyone with a can-do can-learn attitude!
Physical Requirements
- Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
- Constant use of both hands, with occasional forceful gripping
- Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 12kg and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
- Frequent bending, turning and reaching above and/or below shoulder level
- Occasional pushing, pulling and some forward bending
