About College Track
College Track is a comprehensive college completion program, established in 1997. Our 10-year integrated program helps students overcome obstacles on their path to earning a bachelor’s degree and securing a meaningful career. We support students from ninth grade through college graduation by providing academic, financial, and personalized assistance.
We started with 25 students in East Palo Alto and have since expanded to thirteen centers across California, Colorado, Louisiana, and the D.C. Metro Area. We currently serve 4,052 scholars and support 1,388 alumni. Our scholars graduate from college at a rate two and a half times the national average for first-generation college students from low-income communities. Among recent graduates, 89% are employed full-time or enrolled in graduate school, and one in three completes college without debt.
Our program’s specialties include academic readiness, college application support, financial and college advising, leadership training, ACT preparation, and community service.
