We partner with businesses to integrate neurodiversity into their workforce. We offer recruitment, staffing, and management support to help companies diversify their talent pools. Our focus is on removing employment barriers for neurodivergent individuals.
We design our recruitment, onboarding, and management processes to bring out employees’ strengths, especially in areas like detail orientation, problem-solving, and innovation. We also conduct outreach and public education.
We are part of an international organization founded in 2004, operating in 13 countries. Our global goal is to help one million people find jobs. For example, one of our programs helps neurodivergent candidates find co-op opportunities with partners like TD in Canada. This program is for students who have faced employment barriers due to conditions such as autism, ADHD/ADD, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, OCD, or Tourette Syndrome. Participants receive support from a Specialisterne Workplace Support Specialist for their first twelve weeks of employment.
