The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technical solutions that align with business requirements and the organization’s broader technology strategy. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, this role ensures that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. The Solutions Architect acts as a key bridge between business needs and technical implementation, providing architectural guidance, evaluating technology options, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture across the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Contribute to the definition of high-level solution designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overall technology strategy.
- Design holistic solutions that span software systems, hardware components, cloud platforms, third-party integrations, and business processes.
- Provide architectural guidance and perform analysis to ensure software architectures align with business goals and the overall solution design.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to gather requirements and translate business needs into integrated solutions.
- Lead the integration of multiple systems to ensure interoperability and cohesive end-to-end solutions.
- Balance architectural decisions by considering security, scalability, and regulatory compliance across the full solution landscape.
- Design and oversee data flows and integration points between systems to ensure secure and reliable information exchange.
- Conduct architecture reviews, mentor team members, and support knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifiations & Experience
- BSc/MSc/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, development, and leadership roles.
- 10+ years of experience in developing software in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture.
- Experience in microservices architecture and reactive programming, with a strong focus on building scalable and resilient systems.
- Proven experience in digital banking, private banking, or financial platform transformation projects.
- Experience with core banking modernization, open banking (API) architectures, or payment systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration patterns, and modern architecture frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluent in English, with strong presentation, communication and documentation skills.
