Our expertise includes World Class Manufacturing (WCM), TPM, Six Sigma, Lean, and Supply Chain Optimization, as well as improvement strategy, planning, sourcing, people engagement, operations, logistics, and change management.

Our main product, TRACC, launched in 1997. It’s an integrated continuous improvement solution that helps businesses by combining best practices and training their workforce. We work with over 3000 operations in more than 75 countries. Our clients include SABMiller, Heinz, Kellogg’s, DuPont, Diageo, and Cargill. We serve industries like food and beverage, chemicals, packaging, and mining and minerals processing.
