General Summary:

The Partner Care Manager is responsible for leveraging a deep business and industry knowledge to help partners accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with ConnectWise. This role works in

partnership with cross-functional teams to drive retention and growth in our partner base.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the cross functional team(s), with a high attention to detail

• Researches, analyzes, and documents findings

• May coach, review, and/or delegate work to other team members

• Interface directly with partners to resolve complex technical and relationship issue

• Works with the extended Partner Care team to resolve complex partner issues and escalations

• Develops, analyzes, delivers, and reviews operational reporting with internal stakeholders

• Identifies operational improvement opportunities and develops programs to improve them

• Works closely with internal departments to understand the needs of the partner and ensure the teams

are closely aligned

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

• Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision

• Recognized subject matter expert of applicable work area

• Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirements

• Ability to analyze data using various tools

• Knowledge of Salesforce and Gainsight

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or equivalent business experience

• 6+ years of related experience

Working Conditions:

• Onsite / hybrid depending on location
