The Professional Services team at Contentsquare is dedicated to accelerating time-to-value and helping customers realize measurable impact from their digital experience data. As a Professional Services Consultant – Data Analyst Track, you will own analytics-driven engagements end-to-end, helping customers adopt, operationalize, and act on insights from the Contentsquare platform.
This role blends data analysis, technical understanding, and consulting delivery. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through insight discovery, measurement, and optimization while collaborating closely with UX Design and Strategy Consultants to drive holistic outcomes.
What You’ll do:
- Take full ownership of analytics-focused professional services engagements from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment, momentum, and delivery quality.
- Analyze digital behavior and experience data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships by deeply understanding business objectives, KPIs, and data needs.
- Translate complex behavioral data into practical, prioritized actions aligned to business goals.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support experimentation and optimization initiatives by developing hypotheses and evaluation criteria.
- Help customers embed digital experience insights into decision-making and optimization workflows.
- Support change management by influencing teams to adopt data-driven approaches.
- Develop strong expertise in the Contentsquare platform, including configuration, analysis, and best practices.
- Work closely with UX Design and Strategic Consultants to deliver integrated engagements.
- Contribute to reusable analytical frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product and service evolution.
Who You Are:
- Experience in analytics, data analysis, or analytics consulting in a customer-facing role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with digital analytics, behavioral data, or experimentation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities independently.
- 1-2 years of experience querying databases using SQLComfort with technical topics such as tagging, data layers, SDKs, or integrations.
- Familiarity with digital analytics platforms and data collection concepts.
- Python, BI tools, or data infrastructure experience is a plus.
$70,000 - $80,000 a year
For compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
