Are you detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited by the idea of helping Sales teams work smarter?

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in Sales Ops, gain hands-on experience with industry-leading CRM tools, and contribute directly to the data quality and processes that power our go-to-market engine.

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with our Senior Sales Operations Specialist and broader Revenue Operations team to support day-to-day CRM operations, data hygiene tasks, and process execution. Your work will have a direct impact on the accuracy and reliability of our sales data.

  • Perform routine CRM data hygiene tasks, including account deduplication, record merges, and data validation
  • Identify and flag data inconsistencies, incomplete records, and potential territory conflicts for review and resolution
  • Support the documentation and upkeep of CRM Rules of Engagement, helping to keep processes clear and up to date
  • Assist with bulk data cleanup projects, following established guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to action change requests and ensure data updates are reflected correctly across systems
  • Help onboard and guide new team members on CRM data standards and best practices

What we’re looking for

  • 2 to 3 year of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM-related role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus, but a willingness to learn is what matters most
  • High attention to detail and a genuine care for data accuracy
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • A collaborative, team-first attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Curiosity and a proactive approach: you ask questions, take initiative, and follow through
