Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Advisory Risk Consulting team in Paris, in which you will be responsible for forming a strong partnership with the France and Europe teams to participate in sustainable growth of the Advisory Risk Consulting practice in Europe. This is a highly varied role, combining project management, support in business development activities and direct client delivery. It requires technical knowledge, along with direct relevant experience of delivering across Crisis, Security, Resilience and Risk Management disciplines.
Role Tasks and Responsibilities
Client delivery
- Delivery, management and coordination of all security and resilience related consulting tasks, with particular emphasis building sustainable, long term client relationships. Services include: preparation and delivery of crisis management exercise, vulnerability assessments, intrusion tests, framework reviews and developments, participation in wider security, crisis management, business continuity programs.
- Service multiple consultancy assignments concurrently working in collaboration with service line leads to utilise regional resources as necessary.
Project management
- Ensure all projects are being delivered on time and in budget, responding to client expectations.
- Manage and drive the quality aspects of client projects.
- Manage and coordinate with other team members and other practices on projects and proposals.
Business development
Support business development activities, as defined with the management team.
Prepare client proposals and support business development meetings.
Demonstratable relevant work experience in crisis management, corporate security, risk and resilience management with an understanding of the requirements for delivering services in global organisations, including in higher risk environment
Previous experience in a large consulting company and/or in a large multinational company
Strong synthesis and visual presentation capacities, leveraging available tools: MS Office, authorised AI tools, etc.
Demonstrable depth and breadth of understanding of security and risk management, business resilience, and the dynamics of a consultancy practice
Proven experience of successfully working within teams to reach the strategic and operational goals in an international environment
Commercially astute when planning and pricing project in terms of time, resource and outcomes
Relevant experience in building effective and strong client relationships
Masterβs degree or advanced diploma in international security or risk management related fields
Full professional proficiency in English and French. Spanish is an advantage
Project management skills within a commercial/consulting environment
