What You’ll Do
At Weights & Biases by CoreWeave, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. We were founded on the belief that while software engineers had world-class tooling, AI practitioners lacked the same level of support to build, evaluate, and deploy models and GenAI applications. What started as an experiment tracking product has grown into a comprehensive AI developer platform used by the world’s leading AI teams.
Weights & Biases is part of CoreWeave, the essential Cloud for AI and a NYSE-listed public company. Today, we support more than 1,500 customers, including over 30 foundation model builders such as OpenAI, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Toyota.
This role is a new business, greenfield-focused Account Executive position. You will be responsible for creating pipeline from scratch, prioritizing a large and noisy territory, and winning net-new customers through high-quality outbound motion. This is a role for sellers who move fast, think clearly, and thrive in high-pace environments.
About the Role
Role & Responsibilities
- Own net-new logo acquisition in a greenfield SF Enterprise territory
- Generate pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting (cold outreach, account-based strategies, ecosystem signal tracking)
- Build and execute territory plans that prioritize the highest-signal accounts across a large surface area
- Identify and engage early adopters, technical buyers, and AI leaders before formal buying motions exist
- Run a high-velocity sales process from first touch through close, with strong qualification and momentum
- Collaborate with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Partners to accelerate discovery and deal creation
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets
Who You Are
We’re looking for early-career, high-potential sellers who have already proven they can win in fast-moving environments. You don’t wait for inbound — you create your own luck.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or account management roles.
- Demonstrated success as a prospector (high activity, high-quality meetings, pipeline creation)
- Experience operating in high-pace, ambiguous environments where process is still evolving
- Strong ability to prioritize territory, cut through noise, and focus on accounts that matter
- Comfortable selling into technical or semi-technical personas (engineering, data, ML, platform teams)
- Clear, concise communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Coachable, resilient, and competitive with a strong bias toward action
- Experience selling developer tools / technical platforms / observability tools to builders (developers/engineering/platform/DevOps/data/AI/ML)
Preferred
- Exposure to AI, ML, developer tools, or infrastructure software
- Experience selling into startup, scale-up, or innovation-focused enterprise teams
- Familiarity with account-based prospecting or signal-driven outbound
You’ll Thrive Here If:
- You love the hunt more than the harvest
- You move fast, test often, and learn quickly
- You care about signal-to-noise and hate wasting cycles on bad deals
- You want to grow into a top-performing Enterprise AE through repetition, feedback, and real ownership
- You’re curious about how AI is actually being built and deployed in the real world
