What You’ll Do:

As the Senior Manager of ABM at Weights & Biases, by CoreWeave, you will be the primary architect and orchestrator of our global account-centric strategy. This role is a unique blend of high-level strategic guidance and hands-on execution, designed for a leader who can navigate complex cross-functional landscapes. You will act as a vital bridge between Sales and Marketing, focusing on penetrating top-tier accounts and maximizing customer lifetime value. If you are a creative, self-motivated strategist who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of driving pipeline through precision targeting, you will find this role both challenging and deeply rewarding.

About the role:

You will own the end-to-end development of our ABM ecosystem—from building data-driven 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs to creating a scalable “ABM-as-a-Service” model. This role supports our hyper-growth pipeline engine across various selling segments and teams. On a daily basis, you will partner closely with cross-functional Marketing and Sales teams to create and customize assets for specific personas, maintain comprehensive account profiles, and align messaging across digital and social channels. Beyond execution, you will be responsible for the “science” of the program—working closely with Marketing Ops to build reporting frameworks in Salesforce and 6sense, analyzing performance through the qualified pipeline stage, and constantly optimizing tactics to ensure every touchpoint drives meaningful executive engagement.

- Global Strategy: Drive and own the development of global ABM strategy, processes, and execution.

- Tactical Mix: Analyze target accounts to determine the optimal mix of digital, events, social media, and innovative new channels.

- Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales to implement ABM into account-level pipeline generation plans and develop contact-level insights to enrich accounts.

- Optimization: Monitor and analyze performance through to qualified pipeline, using data to adjust and optimize future results.

- Enablement: Build “ABM-as-a-Service” programs that can be executed at a geo or regional level by Field Marketing.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with GTM Programs and Product Marketing to create a quarterly ABM Campaign Calendar and coordinate messaging with the Demand Gen team.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in B2B technology, with 5+ years of hands-on ABM experience.
  • Strategic Thinker: Thorough understanding of how to plan, execute, and measure a global ABM strategy with a proven track record of showing ROI.
  • Communicator: A strong collaborator with a curious mind who is always looking to learn and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with 6sense, Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Marketo.
  • Global Mindset: International experience building an equitable pipeline for a global Sales organization.
  • Organized: Highly proficient in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred: (if applicable)

  • Advanced Salesforce Orchestration: Ability to build custom reports and dashboards.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Prior experience working with Customer Success, Pre/Post-Sales, and SDR teams.
  • Content Expertise: Strong content strategy and copywriting skills to drive punchy, personalized copy for strategic outreach.
  • Direct Mail: Experience with gifting platforms to integrate physical touchpoints into digital-first ABM plays.

Wondering if you’re a good fit? We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren’t a 100% skill or experience match. Here are a few qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk.

  • You love driving global strategy.
