What You’ll Do:

About the Team

You will build and lead CoreWeave’s Networking and Storage Product organizations—the teams responsible for the high-performance interconnects, data pipelines, and storage systems that power the world’s most demanding AI training and inference workloads. This team operates at the intersection of hardware engineering, software-defined infrastructure, and customer success, delivering the “pipes and persistence” that keep GPUs running at peak efficiency.

About the Role

As Senior Director of Product, Networking & Storage, you will define and execute the multi-year product strategy for CoreWeave’s networking fabric, storage platforms, and data services. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll partner closely with Engineering, the Office of the CTO, and executive leadership to balance rapid innovation with long-term architectural integrity. You will lead a team of Product Managers, engage directly with enterprise and AI lab customers, and ensure CoreWeave remains the gold standard for large-scale AI infrastructure. This is a highly visible leadership role with broad influence across product, technology, and go-to-market strategy.

Who You Are:

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management within infrastructure, cloud, or high-performance computing (HPC) environments

  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams of Product Managers

  • Deep technical expertise in high-performance networking, including RDMA, InfiniBand, RoCE, and leaf-spine architectures

  • Proven experience with high-performance and cloud-native storage systems, including CSI and S3-compatible object storage

  • Strong understanding of data services and platforms that support large-scale AI training and inference workloads

  • Hands-on experience operating in Kubernetes-native environments, with a strong understanding of API-driven and declarative infrastructure consumption

  • Demonstrated ability to manage full product lifecycles, from hardware/software selection and proof-of-concept through global GA and deprecation

Preferred:

  • Experience building infrastructure products for AI/ML, deep learning, or large-scale distributed systems

  • Background working closely with enterprise customers, AI research labs, or hyperscale platforms

  • Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing on technical product positioning and competitive differentiation

Wondering if you’re a good fit?We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring diverse experiences—even if you don’t check every box.

  • You love building category-defining infrastructure products that operate at massive scale

  • You’re curious about where AI infrastructure is heading and enjoy designing systems ahead of demand

  • You’re an expert at translating deeply technical concepts into clear product strategy and customer value
