We are a financial technology company that connects buy-side firms with research providers. Our platform serves buy-side firms with $48 trillion of assets under management and over 600 research providers, including major investment banks and brokers.

We provide tools for buy-side, sell-side, and ESG Fund clients, designed to streamline workflows and improve capabilities in the financial community. Our platform tracks 45 million interactions, administers 300 broker votes annually, and offers 85,000 personalized updates on corporate access events based on user watch lists. At any given moment, our calendar lists 10,000 access events from hundreds of global brokers.

We develop full-stack applications using TypeScript for both client and server, .NET, and databases like PostgreSQL and SQL Server.

We believe the financial community should operate with ease and precision. This means we make it simple for members to find and connect with the right people, companies, and events. We also enable firm management and compliance teams to monitor investment staff activities and their value, and we help ensure compliance with regulations without disrupting workflows.

We have a team of 11-50 employees. Our leadership and employees have prior experience on both the sell-side and buy-side, which helps us solve real problems and develop tools that move the industry forward.

Our work environment is fast-paced, driven by continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) with dozens of deployments daily. We focus on scalable, cloud-based, or serverless architectures. We use AI-assisted development tools and structure our engineering work within cross-functional pods, each led by a tech lead, designer, and product manager.
