Founded in 1947, we develop software for digital financial management and business operations for law firms. Our cloud-native enterprise SaaS solution, 3E, manages finance and accounting operations including billing, invoicing, payments, and financial reporting. We also offer solutions for practice management, performance management, business intelligence, business development, legal technology, risk management, automation, ebilling, SaaS, technology implementation, workflows, and artificial intelligence.

Three-quarters of the Am Law 200 and four-fifths of the Global 200 use an Elite solution. Over 400 firms globally have migrated to 3E in the cloud with our support. The 3E platform includes modules such as 3E General Ledger, 3E Proforma, 3E Budgeting, 3E Accounts Payable, and 3E Reporting. These tools automate tasks, ensure compliance, provide real-time data for decisions, shorten billing cycles, and improve efficiency and profitability.

We provide global services, including implementation and ²⁴⁄₇ phone support. We also offer strategic guidance and educational resources like the Elite Knowledge Base, webinars, and the Elite Connect forum. In January 2026, Paul Hastings selected our 3E platform for their cloud migration.

We employ between 501-1000 individuals. Our leadership team includes Mark Dorman (CEO), Elisabet Hardy (Chief Product Officer), Martin Linusson (Chief Customer Officer), John Machado (Chief Technology Officer), Stephanie Milikh (Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary), Lindsey Moorley (Chief Financial Officer), and Diane Holman (Chief Human Resources Officer).
