The Impact of a Marketing Manager at Coupa:
We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a focus on marketing automation and sales enablement tools to join our Growth Marketing Team. This role is the hands-on position in the go-to-market motion - bridging the partnership of Digital and Field Marketing with Marketing Ops to ensure the health and efficiency of our marketing and campaign execution - from campaign setup, templating, automations and lead creation/scoring. This role is part of the larger North America Field Marketing team that will launch field and regional campaigns that help maintain a healthy pipeline, speed up lead-to-deal conversion, and support revenue growth across the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Campaign Orchestration: Manage the technical setup of regional field campaigns by building Marketo programs, automated workflows, and lead management triggers to ensure accurate execution across marketing and sales platforms.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure field marketing and sales efforts align with established best practices to remain scalable, effective, and measurable, ensuring every touchpoint is fully attributable.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Assist lead attribution by creating and monitoring Salesforce (SFDC) campaigns and real-time performance reports to track event results and pipeline.
- Sales Enablement Development: Design and update sales enablement collateral, equipping regional teams with the specific messaging and data needed for successful event preparation and follow-up.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Document and share best practices to promote internal adoption, support onboarding, and drive strategic alignment between Marketing and Sales departments.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within a large technology company, with a strong grasp of demand generation and sales processes.
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Tableau to drive campaign orchestration and data-oriented decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while translating complex processes into value-add business activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and align Marketing and Sales teams.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives on taking initiative, working autonomously, and utilizing marketing automation tools to their fullest potential.
