The Impact of a UX Researcher at Coupa:
The UX Researcher will join our product team and work on design deliverables for Coupa’s Design System, Clarity. Clarity provides the building blocks for products that are used by some of the largest companies in the world! Our products are evolving to be more innovative, intuitive, adaptable, and accessible, this is all being made possible with advancements in Clarity. What You’ll Do:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify UX challenges and design effective research strategies
- Promote a strong user-centered design culture and research best practices across the organization
- Embed user research and usability testing into ongoing product and design workflows
- Lead and execute all phases of research, leveraging diverse qualitative and quantitative methods
- Generate insights through analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements
- Synthesize and communicate research findings through reports, presentations, and collaboration with stakeholders
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 3+ years of experience conducting UX research within a user-centered design process
- Educational background in human-computer interaction, human factors, or a related research-focused field
- Proven ability to execute research in complex domains with intricate interaction design systems
- Strong skills in translating research findings into clear, data-driven recommendations
- Effective communicator with experience presenting insights to stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient with research tools and methodologies, with the ability to showcase past project work and results
