  • Design and maintain structured, customizable data tables using SharePoint, Airtable, Smartsheet, Google Sheets or ServiceNow to support EUC operations and ensure data integrity.
  • Lead application deployment and upgrade strategies across ManageEngine and Intune, including pilot and production rollouts for VDI, Citrix, and Remote Desktop environments.
  • Utilize PSADT and other modern tools to manage full application lifecycle tasks without relying on traditional packaging methods.
  • Troubleshoot application installation issues using log analysis from Intune, SCCM, and other sources, and perform root-cause investigations for legacy and modern packages.
  • Conduct application compatibility testing across Windows OS versions and leverage virtualization technologies to enhance deployment reliability.
  • Apply knowledge of bash, shell, and Python scripting to extend automation capabilities across platforms.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise IT automation, cloud services, and endpoint management.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting; familiarity with Bash, Shell, or Python is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms (Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Active Directory) and cloud governance tools (PIM, Key Vault, Blob Storage).
  • Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow and enterprise security practices including privileged access management and antivirus orchestration.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and experience with application deployment across VDI, Citrix, and RDS environments.

Preferred Qualifications
