About CourseStorm
Founded in 2011, we offer a cloud-based class registration and marketing platform for local classes. We provide tools for online registration, marketing, roster management, and reporting.
Our platform helps educational organizations across the United States save time and enroll more students. We support informal education, arts programs, adult and community education, workforce and continuing education, healthcare and hospitals, and kids’ activities and camps.
We feature an AI-powered reporting assistant called “Just Ask” for quick access to data on registrations and revenue. Our automated marketing tools include personalized class recommendations, low enrollment alerts, and abandoned cart emails.
We integrate with existing systems like ticketing and donor management platforms, offer a customizable website widget, and provide an API for data flow, including WordPress compatibility. Our platform is easy to use, so team members can manage classes, rosters, and reports without extensive training. Implementation usually takes 3 to 6 weeks.
We are HIPAA and PCI compliant. We have helped connect over 1.5 million people to education. On average, programs using us grow by 18% in their first year, and over 700 organizations use our services.
Mission & Values
Our mission is to make lifelong learning more accessible through online class registration technology. Our goal, which we call our North Star, is to connect as many people as possible with education. We aim to exceed 2 million connections by 2025.
We want to help individuals, communities, and organizations grow by providing access to educational opportunities.
Our values are Simplicity, Helpfulness, and Growth.
- Simplicity: We seek clarity, are open, honest, direct, and transparent, and develop elegant solutions to complex problems.
- Helpfulness: We are problem solvers and empathetic listeners, always seeking the best solutions for our customers.
- Growth: We nurture development in individuals, our team, our customers, and their students. We embrace a growth mindset, try new things, and view failure as a learning opportunity.
