We’re looking for a full-time Patient Financial Services Coordinator to join our Medical Billing and Claims team! As a Patient Financial Services Coordinator, you will monitor payment plans, update payment and billing information in patient files, and communicate with patients, treatment centers, and our medical billing team to assist with patient billing and payment questions and concerns.
We will train you in the medical claims process for Cranial Technologies! Some of our most successful team members come from backgrounds in customer service, automobile and other types of claims, medical receptionists, and collections. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to deepen their skills in medical claims, payment plans, billing, and collections.
You’ll be working with a team of dynamic employees who are passionate about the work they do and are dedicated to the babies we treat. Our team members enjoy working and learning in a collaborative setting, are task-oriented and bring a positive mindset to the office!
Responsibilities include:
- Manages and monitors patient balances, collections, and payment plans
- Reviews accounts to determine collection actions
- Answer inbound patient calls regarding outstanding co-payments, deductibles, coinsurances, etc.
- Establish payment plans, processes patient payments and refund requests
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related experience
- Insurance, collections, or financial experience preferred
- Investigative, curious and problem-solving mindset
- Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with people from diverse backgrounds
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task between administrative tasks and customer service-related calls

- The pay range for this position is $18-$20 per hour. Pay is dependent on the applicant’s relevant experience.
- This role can transition to Hybrid after 90 days in office.
