We were founded in 1983, developing rehabilitation and physical therapy software for large therapy provider organizations. Our solutions manage over 50 million patient visits each year across more than 8,500 therapy clinics nationwide.

We provide an ONC-certified Electronic Health Record (EHR), AI scribe technology (ScribeIQ™), patient engagement and communications, clinical documentation, revenue cycle management (RCM), and business intelligence solutions. We also offer services for client enrollment, credentialing, payment reconciliation, and medical claims accounts receivable. Our offerings are designed for physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and multidisciplinary practices.

We focus on medical records, billing, pediatric therapy, business intelligence, and practice management for the therapy and rehab sector. We’re investing in AI technology to become an AI-centric EHR in rehab therapy.

We operate as a remote-first company, though we have offices in Phoenix, AZ, and Tartu, Estonia. We employ between 201 and 500 individuals.
