This is a strategic position that goes beyond traditional logistics. You’ll own the complete event lifecycle from concept to post-event analysis, requiring both operational excellence and creative storytelling.

- Multi-Format Event Management: Manage a variety of event types including in-person conferences, industry-specific symposiums, and virtual/hybrid experiences, adapting strategy based on audience and objectives
- End-to-End Event Ownership: Own all aspects of event execution including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, timeline management, logistics coordination, and post-event reporting
- Content & Copywriting: Develop compelling event messaging, speaker briefs, promotional copy, agenda narratives, and attendee communications that align with brand voice and drive engagement
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with sales teams to identify business opportunities and align events with revenue goals; work with senior leadership to ensure events reflect organizational strategy and values
- Vendor & Budget Management: Negotiate with vendors, manage event budgets, track ROI, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
- Virtual Event Strategy: Design engaging virtual and hybrid event experiences that replicate the value and networking opportunities of in-person events
- Post-Event Analysis: Measure event success through attendee feedback, engagement metrics, and business outcomes; incorporate learnings into future event strategy
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of event management experience
- Proven track record planning and executing events with executive-level attendance

- Proficiency with event management software and virtual event platforms
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and senior leadership to achieve business objectives
- Strong vendor negotiation and budget management experience
- Ability to think strategically about event ROI and business impact

- Project Management: Expert-level planning, coordination, and execution across multiple initiatives
- Communication: Clear, persuasive writing and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and adaptability to navigate challenges and maintain event excellence
