Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our remote team. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills and plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, onboarding new clients, and managing ongoing customer relationships to support retention and success.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition.
- Provide clear explanations of services and processes.
- Build and maintain positive ongoing relationships with clients.
Customer Engagement
- Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients, primarily through email.
- Support ongoing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Issue Resolution & Support
- Address customer questions and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Retention & Growth
Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement.
Support initiatives that contribute to customer retention and long-term success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and internal team members.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Open to 2024–2025 graduates only.
Comfortable working in a remote environment.
Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
Internet Connection:
Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
Primary Device:
Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
Backup Device:
Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
Must be functional during power interruptions.
A functioning webcam.
A noise-canceling USB headset.
A quiet, dedicated home office space.
