As a Sales Closer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by converting qualified opportunities into closed deals. This position is heavily focused on high-impact conversations, objection handling, and confidently securing commitments from prospects—particularly within B2B and enterprise environments.
You will engage with pre-qualified leads, understand decision-makers’ priorities, and effectively communicate value to close deals. If you excel in high-stakes sales conversations, thrive under targets, and are confident in negotiating and closing complex deals, this role is ideal for you.
Job Responsibilities
Lead closing conversations with qualified prospects, confidently presenting solutions and driving decisions toward a successful close.
Handle objections effectively by addressing concerns, reinforcing value propositions, and guiding prospects toward commitment.
Conduct persuasive sales calls and demos focused on outcomes, ROI, and business impact rather than discovery or lead generation.
Navigate enterprise and corporate decision-making structures, including budget discussions, approval processes, and timelines.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes while meeting revenue targets.
Maintain accurate deal status and activity tracking in CRM tools to ensure visibility and forecasting accuracy.
Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned closing strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly closing targets.
Strong experience specifically focused on closing sales, not full-cycle ownership.
Proven background in B2B sales, with experience closing SMB, mid-market, or enterprise deals.
Demonstrated success handling enterprise or large corporate accounts.
Excellent English communication skills, with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
High confidence in leading closing calls, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
Other Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying role such as Sales Closer, Account Executive, or Senior BDR.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and closing targets.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Goal-driven, competitive, and resilient in a performance-based environment.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage deals and track progress.
- Ability to articulate value clearly, concisely, and convincingly.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
