What will you do?
Own the deals you can — prospect, demo, negotiate, or close — whatever fits your skillset
Build pipeline, manage follow-ups, and push opportunities forward with urgency
Work inbound leads and generate your own outbound opportunities
Hit revenue targets — every deal you close counts toward your earnings
Learn fast, apply feedback, and sharpen your sales skills daily
Grow your role — junior candidates get coaching, seasoned closers get autonomy
Hard skills
- B2B sales experience of any type: SDR, closer, or full-cycle
- Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and/or closing deals
- CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Pipeline management and deal tracking
